This page describes what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written for the site as it actually is, not as a template, so it is short.
Who we are
MLMind is an engineering studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at mlmindbusiness@gmail.com.
What we collect, and when
Nothing is collected about you until you do one of these things:
- Send a form. The contact form, the homepage estimate form, the readiness check and the estimator's email option send what you typed (name, email, and optionally company, phone, budget and message) to Formspree, which delivers it to our inbox. We use it only to reply to you.
- Use the estimator. Your answers are kept in your own browser so a reload does not lose them. They leave your browser only if you ask for the estimate by email, or if you write a project description and the AI feature list is enabled, in which case that description is sent to our server and to Anthropic's API to draft the list. It is not stored there.
- Open the chat. The chat widget is provided by Crisp. Messages you send in it, and technical data Crisp needs to run a session, are processed by Crisp on our behalf.
- Book a call. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. What you enter there is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy as well as ours.
- Just browse. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and which pages and buttons are used. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and stores no personal data; visitors are counted with a temporary anonymous hash.
Cookies and browser storage
Two kinds: storage we set ourselves to make the site work, and cookies set by third-party services that you can allow or refuse.
Our own storage (always on, no tracking)
These live in your browser's local storage, never leave it, and identify nothing about you.

Third-party services
Crisp and Calendly load only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Until then the chat bubble is hidden and the calendar shows a button instead of the embed.

Manage your cookies
Your choices apply to this browser. Anything you switch off stops loading on the next page. The same panel opens from "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
- EssentialAlways onYour language, your cookie choices, and your estimator draft, kept in your own browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- Live chat (Crisp)Loads the chat bubble and keeps your conversation open across pages. Crisp sets cookies for up to 6 months.
- Booking calendar (Calendly)Embeds the calendar on the contact page. Calendly sets its own cookies. Off means a link to Calendly instead.
- Analytics (Vercel)Counts visits and which pages and buttons are used. No cookies and no personal data, but you can opt out of being counted.
How to change your choice
You can switch between "Accept all" and "Essential only" at any time with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also delete everything through your browser's site-data settings.
How long we keep enquiries
Messages you send us are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and the period required for accounting. Ask and we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to mlmindbusiness@gmail.com. We reply within one business day. We do not sell personal data and do not share it beyond the processors named on this page.
Changes to this policy
If we add a service that sets cookies or collects data, this page and the tables on it change first, and the "last updated" date at the top moves.
